My name is Maurice Sexton and I'm just getting started into the coaching aspect of sports. I have over 30 years of baseball experience playing and coaching. I've been involved with football coaching and conditioning the last 4 years. I cover and coach all aspects of the game in both baseball and football. I can coach positional attributes and skillsets (i.e. pitching, hitting, catching, runnning back, wide reciever, secondary etc....) I expect 100% effort 100% of the time from my athletes. I don't allow any disrespect or obscene gestures. My coaching philosophy is pretty straight forward. It's about respect of the game, your opponent and the refs. It's about bringing a winning mindset to the game and channeling it into your everyday life. But done with intelligence, honor and respect for others.
