Tauilo H Sousou

Hi, my name is Tauilo Helemine Sousou. I’m really excited to be here and to work with each of you. I’ve been involved with volleyball for four years as a player and I’ve developed a deep passion for the sport.

Working with me, means that we’ll focus on a few key things: effort, teamwork, and growth. I believe in pushing everyone to do their best, but in a positive and encouraging way. I want you to feel like you’re improving each practice, whether it’s in your skills, your understanding of the game, or your ability to work together as a team. I also make sure that we have fun along the way, because enjoying the sport is just as important as working hard.

I’m confident that I’ll do an excellent job as your coach because I bring not only technical knowledge of volleyball but also the experience of working with players at different levels. I know how to tailor drills and feedback to help each of you grow individually, while also building a strong, cohesive team. Most importantly, I care about your success, both on and off the court, and I’m committed to creating an environment where you can thrive. Together, we’re going to challenge ourselves and have a great season!
