I've been teaching oil painting for over a decade while I also have an active professional practice -showing and selling my paintings! All levels are welcome from beginner to advanced. Your lesson will be tailored to your current level, your goals, and your interests. Most of all, your lesson will be fun! I always stress the idea that painting is a skill much like playing the piano. It's all about practicing to build the skill. With the right instructor, you can accelerate more easily to the next level. I specialize in helping students first master basics and then in develop your own voice. (I also think we need creativity more than ever! I don't use AI for any of my communication.)
