About

I personalize and create every practice to help serve the needs of each student, whether this is in a class setting or in an individual session. This makes each time you practice with me creative, unique, and about YOU!

I have been practicing and teaching Yoga & Ayurveda for more than 25 years. I am a certified EYRT 500 and an Ayurvedic Counselor and Wellness Practitioner. It has become a passionate way of life for me, and has connected me with some of the the most wonderful people across the globe.

As a breast cancer thrivor, and someone who grew up very ill, I am living proof that these 5,000 year old practices work and can balance your health!

I am super inspired by all of the connections I have made through the 25 years of teaching and practicing Yoga and Ayurveda locally and internationally.

I love to listen to what my students needs and desires are, and then get creative! It is so powerful to witness the co-creation process unfold, and see people start feeling empowered or better from the first breath on!

Kelley is one of the most skillful yoga teachers around. Not only has she learned how to thrive through bumps along the road of life, she has taken the beautiful lessons from those bumps and shares them with her open heart to her students. She is approachable, playful, skilled, and one of the most authentic teachers out there. If you are working with any injuries, she will be able to give you suggestions on how to work with those injuries moving them towards healing. No two classes of hers are alike, they all depend on whos there and what needs are present.
Along with being an amazing yoga teacher, Kelley is a fantastic Ayurvedic Practitioner who beautifully integrates the life lessons of Ayurveda (yogas sister science) in a way that is easily understandable for people of today.
I HIGHLY recommend working with Kelley! You will absolutely love her. I know I do!

Even when I lived in Seattle I would drive the full hour to go see Kelley at Two Rivers. Now that I live 5 short miles, going to her classes is the highlight of my week (even when I am not in the mood and force myself to get in my yoga stuff and GO!). She is intuitive, thoughtful and leads every class with intention and humor. She has a gift at reading the energy and ability level of the class, and creating the perfect session. Every class is different and Kelley is a master at giving cues so I can leave my busy thoughts and just flow.

As a traveling yoga student, Kelley and Two Rivers Yoga is my home away from home. Nested in natural beauty the space is as warm & inviting as Kelley is. Her students are caring and make out of towers feel comfortable. Kelley s vast knowledgeable, skillful and compassionate support are part of why I delight in visting.

Full disclosure for this review, I am partially biased in my opinion and experiences with Kelley for the biological nature of our relationship. Kelley is my sister and although we share a relationship we also share similar interests and an intuitive relationship with Earth, nature and many healing traditions.
Ive witnessed Kelley grow, evolve and blossom over the years with her desires to tend to the needs of communities. She works well with everyone and has heart-fully honed her ability to sincerely listen to the concerns of her students and clients.
I am becoming more responsible with my limitations in breathing and pitched my issues to Kelley for assistance. She provided a fascinating perspective that really validated what I was feeling; both physically and physiologically.
She is a wonderful woman who will help you find your foothold in life to stand firmly with your heart and for what you believe in.

The love that Kelley embodies is a felt sense on the land, in the studio, and in her presence. She teaches based on what she senses in the room, skillfully crafting a class that works with the reality of each student. Kelley is a multidimensional teacher, matching her grounded wisdom with sassy humor, and her warm compassion with gritty honesty. Kelley coaxes the internal teacher in every student to rise to the surface, empowering them to listen to their own insight. She also offers her own deeply knowledgeable support and advice.

Frequently asked questions

I begin with asking questions related to their health & goals they may have and then I listen.During our time together I put together a practise specifically for them, and get instant feedback on what is working and where to go from there. It is a wonderful experience everytime!

I have been teaching and practicing Yoga for more than 25 years. I have studied and trained with some the best teachers around the world, and am grateful for all that they have taught me along the way.

I am a certified EYRT 500 Teacher and Trainer, Certified Pre/Postnatal Yoga Teacher, a Doula, as well as an Ayurvedic Counselor and Practitioner.

Most of all I have learned from my students what works, and have been humbled by my own personal practices in life!

At Two Rivers Yoga we offer class packages, as well as a SEVA Program for those that cannot afford to pay.

Privately my rates are $85 per hour, and I offer discounted packages for 5 or more sessions.

A friend of mine intoroduced me to Yoga when I was 21 years old, after living with a considerable amount of physical pain, and a restless mind, not to mention I was a young mother of 2! She had learned Yoga in college, and so we started doing guided poses and meditations after working out. I really felt the benefits immediately and wanted more!

After 4 years of practicing, my teacher asked me to start subbing for her when she was out of town, and so it began! I started working with her privately to become a teacher.

I have worked with many diverse populations from small children, pregnant Mamas andto currently teaching at the Local Senior Center. I have taught internationally to Cancer Dancers and Survivors, and have had years of experience teaching and learning from people in my local studio.
