About
We train people to be ready for day to day situations, we do this with a mixture of DryFire trainings using a state of the art laser cartridge (Bullet) that allows us to use your gun or one of our loaners in a safe manner indoors, all while learning the fundamentals of firearms safety and handling and by creating a learning plan that focuses on the individual and their needs making sure that the student walks away with a foot forward on their personal protection.
At Fenrir Training Group we live for the sole purpose of enjoying everything we do, to that end we enjoy seeing the moment where things click, or teaching someone with prior firearms experiance and hearing them say that something we've taught to them is new. We enjoy brining people along with us on a journey of firearms instruction hoping that they'll continue to learn for the years to come.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We start with a few basic questions such as; Do you currently own a firearm if so what is it? Have you shot or handled guns prior to this? & Do you have any prior experience? If necessary we can help the students with research for their new firearms. Once we’ve gone over that we can talk about the students goals. In the end our mission is to get our students comfortable being around guns, owning guns and firing them safely and accurately.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Several years working as a private military contractor
NRA:
Certified Rifle Instructor
Certified Personal Protection in the Home Instructor
Personal Protection 2/Outside The Home Instructor.
USCCA:
Concealed Carry Instructor Certification
Countering The Mass Shooter Threat
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Due to covid I'm limiting myself to 1-on-1 classes, because of this I've changed my pricing structure.
Currently my lessons are $125 PER with 4 lessons. After 4 lessons the student will be comfortable with guns and also be capable of properly loading, unloading and capable of emergency reloads, "tactical" reloads, have a firm understanding of how to overcome malfunctions, learn proper stance and grip, and learn how to use your sights and hit targets!
I'm also offering online classes if the student has a gun these classes will come in at $90 a lesson with a minumin of 5 sessions 1 of those sessions being entirely about gun safety.
Normal prices:
$400 for a two day lesson that cover what I cover in 4-5 lessons currently but crammed down into a two day format, because of that there is slightly less individualization.
My two day lessons are more regimented in comparison to my indivual lessons and because of this they come in at a slightly higher cost than 2 lessons but less than my reccomened 4 lessons.
How did you get started teaching?
I've always loved teaching it's been apart of my nature since I was a child, firearms instruction isn't my first stab at teaching as I've taught computer science to both childern and adults. I take the things I'm passionate about and I find out how I can help and so far its always been teaching.
What types of students have you worked with?
I work with all sorts of students, from law enforcement to the military and just your average civilian. We especially loved working with our local LGBTQ+ and POC communities respectively.
