Tierre Warren Basketball Lessons

Hello my name is Tierre Warren. Currently I am a High School Freshman basketball coach. I have been around the sport of basketball my entire life. I done every aspect of the sport i.e. play, coach, and referee. Coaching is what I enjoy now besides playing. My job as a coach is to teach, train, mentor, develop young men and women to become better players in the sport I love. I also coached AAU as well as YMCA Rec and Competitive teams.

Currently and in the past, I have developed young athletes and teams to become better players. I work primarily on fundamentals and other aspects of the game. I use training aides in my developmental program. I work the players hard and try to push them to where they see the difference in their game. It depends on how much work the athlete wants to put in.

In the end, I want the player to see the best within them. I can already see how good they will and are becoming as ball players and as young men and women. I get the satisfaction that the young learn, develop, and put forth the effort to improve. Seeing the smiles on the players face and the approval and satisfaction of the parents tells me I've done my best as a trainer.
