There are daily at home workouts you can do to improve yourself because that is truly the best way to get where you want to be.
I myself have been playing and coaching for over 30 years. I currently coach an ECNL team (CSA) and Semi-Pro team (Queen City F.C.)

First Training is free and used as an evaluation. We want to make sure both parties are comfortable.

I have been playing and coaching for over 30 years.
I've played on the Semi Pro level and Pro Level.

Make sure the environment you are in allows for you to make mistakes, learn from them and EVOLVE as a player and person.
