The fixed cost includes online/offline health questionnaires, range of motion (length/tension relationship), spine R.O.M., and total physical evaluation, such as body fat, cardio, and much more.
All packages will include complete nutrition, personal training, lifestyle modification, and coaching.

I work with health enthusiasts like you to lose stubborn belly fat and add lean muscle.
We'll work together to tackle excessive insulin resistance, adrenal burnout, impaired liver function, and high estrogen levels to achieve this. Most people have one or more of the above issues, so weight loss is difficult to maintain.
I'm not an average personal trainer. I offer effective online programs you can easily download to your phone and run through at the gym or at home.
I just launched a brand-new coaching program to improve accountability in a lifestyle, nutrition, and exercise medium that involves your participation. You also receive valuable feedback directly from me on weekly calls and e-mails at my web portal.
To get started, you will have to fill out a questionnaire. These questionnaires reveal the underlying cause of what is happening with your body - inside and out.
Evaluating your answers will allow me to identify your target needs. We will then address these needs one at a time. Remember, it's more than just working out. It's a lot deeper than that.
