I have a masters degree in reading. I have taught reading and math to small groups of students in Elementary school. I have taught for 10 years. I presume competence for ALL students especially ones with invisible disabilities and that often fall through the cracks.

I began working as a tutor in 2014 with AVID Tutors, a program designed to help low-income, minority, and first generation college students. I also have worked with Varsity Tutors, and as a special education assistant with the Madison Metropolitan School District.

I enjoy teaching and tutoring. This is my 28th instructing in the area of mathematics. Math has always been my strong suit. I first started to tutor in the 6th grade. I also would go home and teach my mom everything I learned at school that day.
