JC Baseball Academy

I started my baseball career in San Diego, CA. I played travel ball, competitive high school ball and then on to play at the collegiate level for Palomar Junior College in San Diego and Concordia University in Oregon. I went back to my hometown after I graduated, to coach at the high school level. I continued coaching for 10+ years before developing my own coaching program in 2022. I currently have clients in southern Wisconsin, Sioux Falls and San Diego.

My program is designed to help athletes of all skill levels enhance their performance on the field. With a structured strength and conditioning program, I focus on building the necessary physical foundation to excel in an athletes desired sport. I will guide you through targeted exercises and workouts to improve your strength, power, and endurance. In addition to strength and conditioning, my program also emphasizes speed and agility training. Our team of experts will educate you on proper nutrition for optimal athletic performance, helping you fuel your body with the right nutrients to enhance your energy levels, endurance, and recovery
