Kay D training provides college level drills that will progress your game garaunteed rather your sport is football or basketball A coach who cares for the youth and is always willing to give the Knowledge that I learned to help me become the d1 athlete too watch for.
High energy and consistency and you will be better then you were yesterday I enjoy the proccess of hard work determination and learning from the youth it's always worth it when you can teach the game you love and making kids better and too unlock that extra gear that usually people don't know have in them
