Brew City Photography focuses on the client's needs while creating packages and photographic services that meet budget needs. Services include: Portrait Work, Event Photography, Promotional/Portfolio Dvelopment, Architectural Photography, Commercial Photography & Product Photography.
I have been creating inspiring images for more than 30 years, first using film and now using digital media.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Hands-on, one on one teaching & mentoring on everything from beginner handling of a DSLR to more complex photographic techniques involving composition, lighting, lenses, etc.

All levels from beginner to advance amateur to semi-professional. Tend to enjoy working with "new comers" to photography the most.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
It should be about one-on-one mentoring, therefore find someone that you can relate to and who will openly share their knowledge & experience with you. For a good instructor, it is ALL about giving back to other photographers.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Exactly what are you wanting to learn so expectations can be set for both you & the instructor.
