Andre persuaded me to try some boxing lessons and assured me that he could integrate weightlifting, boxing, and strength and conditioning if I purchased a package with him. He is a master trainer who has all the right certifications with a degree in Kinesiology. He also has coached school teams in Basketball, Volleyball and P.E. so if schools confide in him he must be good. Lastly, his prices are very reasonable and that is how I have been able to sustain training with him even during Covid. I strongly recommend Andre for private training, he is awesome and is a great person. ChatGPT I began training with him several times a week and quickly observed the effectiveness of his workouts and programming. Incorporating boxing, which I absolutely love, into the regimen was an added delight.
