She goes above and beyond by helping me with resources I find on my own, too - advising me on various workbooks I was looking at, the work I was doing on my own with apps or other content, etc. I so appreciate her flexibility, timeliness and proactive communication. And she is so friendly, with a great sense of humor - she truly makes learning fun! She also makes sure to give me the context behind rules and concepts, teaches me about the culture, and connects the language to the culture. Tatiana is thorough, strategic and supportive.
