The most important advice I could give you, is talk to them make sure they get you, they understand what you want to accomplish, and they know how to get you there, the safest and fastest way possiable.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Well first I would tell you to find out how they came to get there certifications, or even if they have any, then I would ask them what is there training ethic, what is there training background, i would ask them what is more important to them their clients, needs and goals, or how much money they make off their clients. Then once you got your answere I would look inside and see if they match with your goals, and if you truly feel they can get you there.
