The guys at the club were very welcoming and offered great advice during the lessons. I took classes under Vince and Mike and left having learned valuable lessons. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I came to this gym 5 years ago as a purple belt, and immediately knew these were the guys I should have started learning from in the beginning. Having been in the fight game for 13 years, trained with many different coaches, been part of multiple fight teams in multiple cities, without question the best coaching I've had my whole fighting career. I only regret not having found them sooner.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

1) We establish a time to meet to do a interview.

2)I discuss their goals, and what they want to accomplish.

3) I We go over the ISSA paperwork, and I explain anyhting they may be currious about.

4) I schedule a day for them to meet me at the gym and we do a fit test based on that test we then discuss were they should begin to start acheiving their goals.

5) We then schedule day one and begin their journey to reaching their goals.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Im a Certified ISSA Professional Trainer and Coach , I am also certified by OTF as a certified professional trainer and coach. I am a Certified Martial arts expert and trainer and have been for over 20 years.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Yes I do, for details please call me or contact me directly.

How did you get started teaching?

Ive always wanted to be a Martial arts teacher, every since I was a small boy in class learning from my instructors, it was a natural progression for me.

What types of students have you worked with?

Well iver worked with all ages, worked with all sizes, from very obese, to very small, I have worked with normal folks and mentally challenged folks, and Ill tell you a secret I love evey second of it, I love seeing them succeed, it makes me feel great to know ive helped them.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Just recently earned my ISSA Certification that was a hard test, and a long program, it involved long hours of study, and a great deal of understanding, but it was worth every second.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

The most important advice I could give you, is talk to them make sure they get you, they understand what you want to accomplish, and they know how to get you there, the safest and fastest way possiable.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Well first I would tell you to find out how they came to get there certifications, or even if they have any, then I would ask them what is there training ethic, what is there training background, i would ask them what is more important to them their clients, needs and goals, or how much money they make off their clients. Then once you got your answere I would look inside and see if they match with your goals, and if you truly feel they can get you there.
