What is your typical process for working with a new student?
During the initial meeting I would like to get a sense of your experience and fitness goals. Through my customized programming we may reach your goals and work on others.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
For in person meetings I charge $15 a lesson. Pending on the structure and length of the program it becomes yours after purchase if you like.
How did you get started teaching?
After successfully losing weight myself and progressively getting stronger over time, I have been able to help newcomers to the gym and sports through instructions and demonstration.
My professional life I enjoyed training new employees especially the one's that were seen as a lost cause. I enjoy seeing people exceed their own expectations especially when they don't believe they are capable
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with inexperienced and experienced gym goers and mostly amateur athletes.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find someone that understands your vision and how to achieve it. Plenty people are in shape not all understand the obstacles that arise getting in shape.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Ask about experience and based of your vision and goals how they can help you reach them while you can sustain a life day to day.
