My lessons are fun and interactive. I focus on building athleticism in the swing as opposed to building a mechanical robot. I use tons of drills that I learned in pro ball. I also record exit velocity and we use weighted balls and bats to assist in the process. You can Follow my instagram (@tjdix_6ix) to see a few. Hope to work with your son or daughter!

I like learning from a guy that has the kind of experience in baseball that he has. I respect his knowledge about hitting , and I appreciate his ability to apply it to the players needs. There aren’t many coaches out there that have both of these qualities.

TJ Dixon has been working with my son for 2 years and he has completely turned my sons hitting performance around. TJ has a unique ability to see even the slightest issues on your bat swing that others cannot see, then implementing proven methods to correct those issues very quickly. His communication with the kids is easily translated by the kids, which helps bring swift improvements! Highly recommend, but you can't have our spot - ha!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Start off doing a little bit of a background and history of their past training and experience with hitting and pitching. After that I run a 30 minute evaluation and after diagnosising the issues we attack them together through drill work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
