The Dofitness Mission: To help people truly discover who they are through health and fitness. To be strong at all levels...physically, mentally, and spiritually. My style of training is unique because of the vast number of methods I combine to create my own method of training. I will use old school methods in combination with new and unusual programming to get you the results you want. It’s not uncommon to see tires, ropes, sleds, kettlebells, chains, and many other unorthodox tools in my Dofitness group sessions.
Another unique aspect of my group training is that I customize each workout for each specific person in the group. No need to stress if you haven’t trained in years or if you have an injury that prevents you from running- it is more individualized and specific for your fitness needs and goals. You may do similar things with others in the group and/or even pair up with someone who is at your fitness level...A teamwork style training regimen for that day.
Every workout is different...you will never do the same workout twice. I may include exercises that we have done in the past but you will have a totally different training round with those exercises. I focus on exercises and movements that are going to prepare and help my clients in their everyday lives. I use a variety of old school and new school techniques with a twist of sports-specific training...topped off with my own design and creation of exercises.
Dofitness has always been unique when it comes to training, but I also want it to be fun, exciting, ALWAYS CHALLENGING/INTENSE, and most importantly...UNPREDICTABLE!!! I have always taken my own path in regards to fitness and love the opportunity to share my vision with people who join the Dofitness family. Fitness has been a passion of mine for a long time. I have always felt the need to help people in anyway I can. And when it comes to fitness, I want to help people recognize what truly lives inside of them. I want to show them how they will improve not only physically but on a mental and spiritual level. To DISCOVER, EMBRACE, AND CONQUER. I believe it is necessary to HIT training from ALL DIRECTIONS in order to get the overall, well-balanced and fit YOU!!!
