FITTED FHYSIQUES
About
We offer comprehensive online training programs, nutritional guidance with flexible dieting, and NPC/IFBB competition prep. We coach our clients as a team, and are passionate about changing your lifestyle.
What I enjoy the most about working in the Fitness Insustry is seeing people do things that they believed they weren’t capable of doing. The faith that we have in the capabilities of the people we work with is high, and we pride ourselves in not only helping reach fitness goals, but helping to lead a more successful life throughout.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Upon receiving a request for coaching or training, our first step is to schedule a free Initial Consultation either in person or over the phone. This consultation helps us get to know you better as a client and helps us to build the right plan for you moving forward. We ask about your goals, your problem areas, your past experiences and much more to determine the best route of action for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Austin is an ACE certified Personal Trainer and has been training clients since 2016. He has had several satisfied clients with varying goals, i.e. weight loss, strength improvement, improved performance, and NPC competitions.
Lynsie is also an ACE certified Personal Trainer and is a 2x NPC Bikini Overall Champion. She is a stand-out Trainer with clients who want to lose weight, gain strength, and also those who want to compete in Bikini Competitions. She is also very skilled in Bikini Posing Technique.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
We have a variety of training options that can fit any budget, from Training Programs, Online Training, and NPC Contest Prep. The prices depend mainly on your level of need and your level of experience, as well as what goals you have.
How did you get started teaching?
We started as people in the gym with some goals, just like many others. We both had the passion for fitness and continue to feed that passion. We are always taking in more information and learning all that we can, and that is what led us to become the training team we are today.
What types of students have you worked with?
We have worked with clients with varying goals from losing weight, gaining muscle, building strength, and also competition prep. We have worked in person with people from ages 17-66, and we both work with male and female clients.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
The best advice I can give to anyone looking for a personal trainer or coach is to make sure that the one you choose truly cares about your health and overall success. If someone is “guaranteeing” you lose x Amount of weight “fast!” or wants you to buy their brand of food/supplement/product then RUN. Don’t buy in to any of the secrets, gimmicks, misinformation, and flat out lies that people will try to sell you, there are no tricks or secrets. A lot of people don’t want you to succeed! So find a coach/trainer that is honest and wants you to be and feel your best.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What are your goals?
How much are those goals worth to you, and how hard are you willing to work?
Are you going to do the work in the kitchen, or will you be wasting your money on the training?
How many days a week can you really dedicate to going to the gym and how accountable can you hold yourself to that?
If you haven’t committed to dieting and exercising regularly, 3+ days a week, and aren’t ready to change your entire lifestyle, you are not ready to hire a trainer or coach.
