I love teaching and educating on one of my foremost passions, which is Fitness and Nutrition. I am one of he only personal trainers/ Nutrition Coaches that will travel to your home, or utilize my own private studio, and have access to a major gym chain as well. This isn't about dieting, or torture sessions in the gym. I strive to make things a lifestyle that supports a fresh fun way to make Fitness a lasting modality. I have multiple certifications: Weight Management Specialist, Personal Trainer, Cross Fit Coach, and Health/ Life Caoch
I love teaching people how to Optimize their health and Bodies through Nutrition and Bio Hacking. To see people be less stressed, leaner, Stronger, and happier people is what I love the most.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We start out with an initial Consultation that allows us to go over a questionaire and set some goals. The questionaire is an investigative process that allows us to really dig into problem areas that may be holding the client back from reaching their goals. We gover such areas as stress, sleep, hormones, gut health, exercise, and Nutrition.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have Years of experience in the field of Nutriton and Fitness Coaching. I have 4 different certifications: Weight Management Specialist, Personal Trainer, Cross Fit, and Health/ Life Coaching.

What types of students have you worked with?
I work with people trying to lose weight and get in shape. I Specialize in working with people to reverse Type 2 Diabetes, and Insulin resistance. I also work with people who want to grow a ton of muscle and strength.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find a teacher who has made a passion out of Overall health, not just kicking someones butt in a workout. Also find someone who has good credentials, not just a weekned warrior.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Does this person know about all areas of the body? Stress? Sleep? Nutrtion? Fitness? Hormones? Gut Health? Digestion?
