My business is self-made, it relies heavily on consistent and hardworking individuals who want to do there best everyday. My commitment to their success separates my business from those alike. The skills you learn from my business have been tested and proven time and time again for decade or more. They have lead me to a division 1 conference champion NCAA regional and recreation league champion. My motto since the beginning has been, just be the best. I look forward to working with you.
The thing I enjoy the most about training is watching people compete against themselves. Their output towards the skill they are developing reveals their true intentions for training. Watching someone's character change along with their respected skill is the ultimate reward for anyone who trains and coaches.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Everyone who wants to excel should be evaluated first. From the evaluation a skil regimen is designed. As the student shows improvement the skills become easier. Once this happens a new skill regimen is designed according to their performance and abilities.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked for the University of Arkansas @ Little Rock men's and women's basketball program. I've also been apart of public recreation and coaching for a decade or longer.
