Amber Duch Fitness

I am extremely passionate about helping others reach their health and fitness goals! I fell in love with health and fitness over six years ago when I lost twenty five pounds with exercise and following a healthy diet. I started in my own home and have invited hundreds of others to join me. I started a free fit club in North Little Rock, AR and it was a favorite in the community. I'm a super energetic person and I love my job! I have a strong background in cardio, strength training and teaching stretching exercises. I have years of experience in meal planning and helping others with nutrition and weight-loss. I have acheived many awards and recognition over the years because I am consistent and extremely dedicated!
