What is your typical process for working with a new student?
There are several options I offer for busy humans. My intention is to find the most favorable approach to increase your happiness level
Let me give some examples
1. 60 min One to one sessions on weekly basis: mindfulness practice, reflection on emotional or difficult situations to be clarified, encouragement, support, feedback and guidance whenever asked
2. 15-20 min One to one sessions 5 days a week: short practice to focus, listening, encouragement and record-keeping of behavioral daily goals (example: to respond instead of react, active listening, self-awareness)
3. MBSR 8-week course introduced by University of Massachusetts Medical School in group or individual: 2,5 hour sessions on weekly basis with deep practice and reflection
