Welcome, I have had the opportunity to have 7 years in Pro ball with LA dodgers,Seattle Mariners, lake country dockhounds, Chicago dogs

I am a LHP have been up to AA level with the dodgers, and still train everyday to put myself in the best position to take my game to the next level for the upcoming season. I have the knowledge of baseball and what it takes to become successful at the youth/high-school/collegiate and professional level. I played at a D1 level in college at the university of New Orleans for 3 years until I was drafted in the 6th round. Have a great understanding on pitching mechanics and throwing programs as well as nutrition, recovery based routines. Understanding how you move is the first step finding those 2-3 things that make you unique as a pitcher/athlete. I will train athletes from all backgrounds and ages. I am a big believer in hard work and consistency in a routine to help maximize performance. My goal is to find what you do best and create routines around those things to help your career that will last forever.
