Through bodily exercises I help people become their authentic self. I will help you learn how to prepare for a character and the process will seem effortless. After the first session most people say they have never touched so many parts of their being so quickly. It feels magical. We start with you as a person and we find a treasure of personalities that you the actor have probably never met before. You become the powerful person you have always wanted to be.
