About
I am a Certified Speed and Agility Coach (NSPA) and Certified Personal Trainer (NCSF). I have the ability to program workouts to develop the strength, power, and stability of athletes young and old.
I have over 5 years experience working with young athletes. I have been training athletes in the East Valley, Arizona area with athletes ranging from ages 6-20 for 3 years, working on their speed and agility, reflexes, and football skills. I have also worked with Quarterbacks on their form, footwork and arm strength. I have coached 9-on-9 middle school flag football as well as 5-on-5 youth flag football. In every session, I bring all my passion for football and improving athletes, and I feel that motivation reflects onto those I train.
I'm a young, energetic coach with an immense passion for improving everyone's skills in the sport that they love.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My training sessions always start with a 5-10 minute dynamic warmup, focusing on getting the heart rate up and preparing the muscles for intense work. Then, we move on into drills specifically targeted to improve a weakness or enhance an aspect in the athlete's game. I use all the equipment I have at my disposal to improve the reaction time, balance, explosiveness, and change of direction of the athletes I work with. Once we have completed the skills development portion of the workout, I usually move on to strength development which includes resistance band work, balancing orbs, push-ups, and other forms of endurance and conditioning exercises.

How did you get started teaching?
As a freshman in high school, I went to after school speed and agility sessions. My strength and conditioning coach at high school inspired me to train harder to get better at football. His way of teaching and inspiring me had an impact on my love for prescribing drills and programs for athletes to follow in order to get better.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with players aged 7 to 20. I love working with highly motivated athletes who are driven to get better at their sport. I work with a wide variety of experience levels and can structure a training session and program to suit the needs of any age and skill level.
