Being a college athlete, I thought I had received all the coaching I needed in terms of running and getting in shape. This changed when I began working with Ira, he asked me what my goals were and he made sure that I was as specific as possible in the things I wanted to accomplish. I wanted to become a better sprinter and be in better shape. I worked with Ira for only about 2 months before returning to school and I passed a fitness test that I failed previously. My position in my sport doesn’t require much running, but I knew I had to be in better shape in order to be competitive. After working with Ira, I was in the best shape of my life and felt like I could keep up with anyone on the field. I highly recommend him to athletes of all ages and levels. He helped me accomplish things I thought were impossible. Great coach and great guy.
