Most football trainers look to work with db's and receivers but being a former All San Gabriel Valley 1st Team Middle Linebacker I focus on linebacker fundamentals but I can coach db's as I am a defensive coordinator. I enjoy teaching the game and being able to see the progress and when the light comes on for the athletes that I coach.

I have seen what an elite level of competition is and how to train (physically and mentally) in order to keep up/maintain that.
