My name is Chris Marshall. I am one of two defensive back coaches on staff at American River College. At Last Line of Defense, we focus specifically on training Defensive Backs. All the drills that our participants engage in will help them work on skills unique to playing the defensive back position mentally and physically. These are the same drills learning points we use with our athletes at the college level.
At Last Line of Defense we help football athletes understand the defensive back postion, as far as basic fundamentals and techniques that are being taught at the highest level of football. We train athletes from 8 and up, pop Warner to pro. Your workout will be evaluated on a daily to see what you need and what we can elaborate on.
