I am an ex-football player, from Pop-Warner to professional football and a high school football coach. I build skills and work on technique with my players, and instill confidence and good sportsmanship in them. I teach my players how to take care of their bodies and how to build strength. My name is Chris Marshall. I am a former defensive back coaches at American River College. At Last Line of Defense, we focus specifically on training Defensive Backs. All the drills that our participants engage in will help them work on skills unique to playing the defensive back position mentally and physically.
