My name is Chris Marshall. I am a former defensive back coaches at American River College. At Last Line of Defense, we focus specifically on training Defensive Backs. Provide private instruction to all Athletes. Mainly Baseball. With many years of teaching athletes how to maximize their talents in most sports. I was fortunate to have worked with many Major League players and coaches. Have developed over 120 Ball Players to have received a Division 1 schoolership and Pro contracts. I teach players how to be a self coach and educate them on the proper bio-mechanics.

Not sure what position you should play? What is my skill set ? Am I athletic enough to play a certain position ? Can I learn how to be better by understanding what iam doing .? What I do is evaluate you as a player .I will give you a report showing your strengths and your weaknesses . I only meet and workout with the player twice . 1st meeting will be an evaluation . I put the player through various drills to evaluate and create a report . This is a 2 hour . Give or take session ( parents please sit away from.tjid process . I charge 100 dollars . I will be coaching along the way but more evaluating . We will set up another workout .

I offer one on one training, this offers the athletes or student athletes to develop their basketball ball skills with less distractions, and me as a trainer/Basketball coach to focus on the end goal and that's becoming a better student/player on and off the court.
