My name is Chris Marshall. I am a former defensive back coaches at American River College. At Last Line of Defense, we focus specifically on training Defensive Backs. All the drills that our participants engage in will help them work on skills unique to playing the defensive back position mentally and physically. These are the same drills learning points we use with our athletes at the college level. I love helping players develop and strive you reach their goals. Not sure what position you should play? What is my skill set ? Am I athletic enough to play a certain position ? Can I learn how to be better by understanding what iam doing .? What I do is evaluate you as a player .I will give you a report showing your strengths and your weaknesses . I only meet and workout with the player twice . 1st meeting will be an evaluation . I put the player through various drills to evaluate and create a report . This is a 2 hour . Give or take session ( parents please sit away from.tjid process . I charge 100 dollars . I will be coaching along the way but more evaluating . We will set up another workout .
