Most football trainers look to work with db's and receivers but being a former All San Gabriel Valley 1st Team Middle Linebacker I focus on linebacker fundamentals but I can coach db's as I am a defensive coordinator. I enjoy teaching the game and being able to see the progress and when the light comes on for the athletes that I coach.

I currently train some of the top Underclassman and High School Athlete in the State. I Played Flag, Pop Warner , High School , Junior College and D1 College football.

I offer specific exercise training based on the sport, a nutrition/diet plan, massage therapy, a recovery routine, and 24/7 availablilty for questions. Being a former D1 AA two sport athlete, under armour all-american U18, summer coach at Division 1 camps (like Duke, UNC, UMD) and going to school for sports science, nutrition and education... I have seen what an elite level of competition is and how to train (physically and mentally) in order to keep up/maintain that. I enjoy helping athletes reach their peak performance and encouraging them to be great.

We will warm up, strech, core training, balance and strength. Work on footwork drills. Quickness and explosive drills. Train with the Vertimax and Raptor. I have been training athletes for 10+ years. I was a high school standout in football and baseball. Played college football at Northern Michigan university were i was a,2 time all conference Defensive back.
