My name is Will Smith..I am from Rochester NY where i lived till i was 38 ( currently 41). I grew up in the foster care system in NY( aged out) and found sports as a great distraction and the love of my life( football).. I wasnt the best in my state nor in my county. I have played and trained with some great Athletes. Being exposed to very diff styels of play allowed me to get a diff view on training. Rule one dont quit. Rule 2 always believe you can.
