I graduated at the university of Houston (bachelor of science ), i played football for 7 year at a D1 level. My goal is to help kids/other reach their goals in whatever it is. I have wrestled, and most of my time I play basketball.

I am a Pennsylvania transplant that wants to make a difference with the next generation athlete. My service and coaching is very athlete specific. I will train any athlete to be the best and accept nothing less. I am hard but fair and believe that to make you believe in yourself first is most important.

Position specific and attention to detail

As your trainer I will not only train your athletic ability, I will also train mental of the athlete giving in game context to our sessions. I give my clients the option to come 15 mins early and stay 15mins after for a thorough warm up and cool down stretch. I honestly love the feeling I get when I see someone with a goal and I'm able to assist that person to their goal.
