With over 15 years of experience as a personal trainer, Coach Dragon specializes in functional training designed to enhance overall health, performance, and quality of life. His expertise spans a wide range of focus areas, including sports training, post-surgery rehabilitation, pregnancy and postpartum fitness, weight loss, and muscle building. Having trained clients from ages 3 to 83, Coach Dragon’s adaptable and holistic approach ensures every individual reaches their goals safely and effectively.
As a former football player, Coach Dragon has a passion for helping athletes excel while prioritizing their long-term health and injury prevention. He challenges outdated training methods that don’t translate to real-life performance, equipping clients with science-backed techniques and the knowledge to sustain progress beyond the gym. His hands-on experience enables him to clearly articulate why certain practices are chosen or avoided, empowering clients to understand their journey and build skills for a lifetime.
