I teach Self Healing techniques as a Naam Yoga Therapist which includes physical, mental, emotional and Spiritual healing through Yoga and meditation. Each class or session has An emphasis on on Self Healing to enjoy in class and learn and use anywhere.
This form of Yoga and meditation is just right for anyone~~No traditional poses, just movement, breathwork, meditation with a Self Healing purpose.
There is a regular length class at 1 hr and 15 min
Express class at 30, 45 or custimizable length for individual, family, school or your business
Each student receives a customized process.

Naam Yoga Tools
Naam Yoga Tools classes are both educational and experiential in nature. Students will learn the "what, why, how, where and when" to apply all techniques, tips and exercises shared in each class to achieve total wellness specific to these categories. This class will educate students on ways to detoxify the body including using nutrition, breath, meditation, mudra and plenty of physical movement!
NAAM YOGA & MEDITATION is a unique synthesis of yogic asana, mudra, breath, rhythm, stretching, acupressure and vocal vibration infused with Universal Kabbalah, the laws of the universe. Naam Yoga is joyful practice that address balancing brain, glandular, digestive and nervous system functions, reduces emotional and mental disturbances, relieves anxiety and depression and slows down the aging process and more. Naam Yoga is for people of all ages, providing radiant health, happiness, and vitality.

Patricia Anderson, a Naam Yoga Therapist has been specializing in the energy, movement and self healing techniques since 2002 teaching in schools, in home, private adult, child and family classes as well as in Arizona's lovely Naam studio in Mesa.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I identify their comfort and needs for a private class, time allowed and location. I gather health information and goals. I am available for in home, class I host at 2 studios, in business or small groups or by zoom.
