Most of the movements I teach are calisthenics based. I also coach remotely and have a course one udemy to use in conjunction with my remote coaching. I specialize in body weight metabolic conditioning and injury maintenance.
I am very dynamic and create programs that are flexible and tailored to each individual based on their needs and current condition. I can work around many injuries, there is nobody who has too many injuries to work out, there is always something they can do.
