Angelina Michelle Meditation & Yoga
About
I cater to every BODY! We all "zip" up our human suits while here on Earth and GO-GO-GO! Sometimes simply sitting in stillness or moving our bodies we unknowingly release "blocks" that have previously held us back. I genuinely believe by taking time out of our busy schedules to actually feel what is asking to be felt we create much more flexibility in our daily lives.

How did you get started teaching?
I have always had a passion for yoga...mainly with regard to how amazing the human body is. If we simply allow the mind to still and become quite; well, that's where the "magic" really happens.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all ranges of students starting from age 2 through 70+. In addition to teaching Unity, Flow, and Hatha yoga, I am certified in prenatal, advanced adjustments, yoga with props, singing bowls, Hatha gong, yoga coaching, yoga for the youth outreach (Connection Coalition,) and restorative yoga.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Take as many classes as you can with different instructors...its in this place that you'll really see what style teacher you "vibe" with.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Injuries...as instructors we do not if a student has a injury that requires modifications. I discreetly introduce myself to all my students and ask if there are any injuries that I need to be aware of. I do not pry; however, safety is of the up most importance.
