What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
200 hour Ytt, certified kids yoga teacher, certifed special education yoga teacher. sound healing, restoritive yoga.

How did you get started teaching?
Yoga for me was my pathway into not only finding alignment and acceptance in my physical body but also in my mind and thought. It was a way for me to learn to release control and to find comfort in also any given situation. Yoga has helped me create so much space in my personal life, I have a great respect and gratitude for the practice and it is my honor to share my love with my community!
What types of students have you worked with?
everyone is welcome! i have worked with children as young as 4 and ages all the way up to 65, there is a type of yoga for everBODy and every mind, let me work with you to find a routine that best works for your life.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
when your ready you will be ready. feel it out, listen to your body, its one of our best teachers and greatest allies
