We are a true relationship building company. We work in the community, building torn and broken lives to help mend relationship of all kind(s)(self as well) using all encompassing arts including culinary, to transform live for the better.
Coaching others and transforming lives t while being apart of our/your cooking school/class(es). Our passion is people and we bring all the good, bad and the ugly around the table to see it, get through it while, clean up and completing your outcomes in a fun and healthy way.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We have a meet and greet consultation... with a small tasting. To make sure we can provide (them)(you) the student) their expected outcomes... So we are respectful to everyone's time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 30yrs of working in the Culinary(Food and Beverage), Hospitality and Entertainment Industries... As a Chef, Caterer(Owner), Entertainer, Event Planner, Community Theatre Arts and Artist Mentor and Coach. I have workrd as Craft Services and Carter in the Film and Television industries... Working on Food Networks show... Chopped, Beat Bobby Flav, Worst Cooks and as well... Saturday Night Live, Project Runway All-Stars, John Oliver Show, John Legend and Rihanna and her crew and many other celebrities.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
The stand price is $250, for at least 3hrs... Which includes Knife skills, food safety, transformative health and well-being coaching and this also includes, horticulture 101 learning and parting gift. This does not include food and or food cost(student is responsible for for food and beverage). Cancellations will be the responsibility of the student and may not receive a refund (do to purchase of food and any other products that are for that particular glass. Please note... (All) classes are private classes). Prices are per individual(s) and are the responsibility of the individual (s)as well as in the event of a cancellation and your slot or time may not be rescheduled or entitled to a refund. Refunds are prohibited! However if there is an open class and a seat is available... You maybe able to seat in an open class provided there is space available(however you will be charged full price for the class just the one you cancelled).
How did you get started teaching?
I started coach in 1999 while being a leader in my Church's singles ministry in, Orlando, FL. I would lead the arts entertainment ministry and produce events that would encourage and foster healthy balanced good relationships. Out of this work... Pro Chefs, Community Table Catering and my, Community One Mentorship initiatives was born.
What types of students have you worked with?
Adults( sales teams, teachers, community members, couples and singles)
kids( During and After School, youth camps(year around), from age 7 and up
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I had a Bachelor's Party for 10 of close friends. Meet 2 of the guys and they invited me to cook for them. Made food for 20 and it was the best of great times while coaching them around food.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Ask a lot of questions. Just so you know... Where you they are coming from and what outcomes you want to have. Remember stay calm and know it is not brain surgery... It is just food. You want to make sure you able to receive what you are looking to accomplish. Be very open with your instructor about everything you need and want. Do not be afraid to have open conversations.

Why do they want to do what the do in the kitchen and/or with cooking?
What do the want to accomplish or learn?
Am I coachable?
Am I serious about learning, listening, following instructions and being responsible?
Is there a cluster or groups of classes or packages and cost?
