My company is different because I've created a system that each client follows that allows for rapid weight loss with as little effort as possible. Because it's very easy to follow, most people find it very easy to stick to and live the lifestyle compared to any other program or system they've followed before. Weight loss is seen 90% of the time within 1 week. Once on my system, you realize what true weight loss consists of and learn to navigate the false sea of information within the fitness world. I help you to do this and will guide you in the right direction along the way.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We work together to first figure out a vision. After the client has a vision of how they want to look and feel, I put together their plan of exactly how to do that. The plan works in 12-week increments. Every 12 weeks a new goal will be set. The odds of reaching the goal are very high if adhered to. Adherence is very easy since the plan is structured in a "minimalist" way (Only the absolutely necessary actions needed will be written on the plan. Everything else is secondary). I will coach each client weekly to biweekly to keep them on track and I give 24/7 access to my personal phone.

Personalized Calorie/Nutrient Cooked & Delivered Meals (recommended): $200 weekly
How did you get started teaching?
I was inspired to start my own business when I saw how many people don't truly understand the process of weight loss and muscle gain (including most personal trainers). Seeing people that were changing their lives because of my system inspired me to continue teaching others.
What types of students have you worked with?
Clients of all shapes and sizes. Clients from age 18 to those in their 60's.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
When my morbidly obese client lost 100 lbs. This was after 3 months after starting my program.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure they teach the importance of nutrition. Never listen to anyone that tells you that you have to do fitness in any certain way. Always hold onto an ideal of what you want to look and feel like and make sure the coach makes this the founding piece behind their actions.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Am I looking for a quick fix? Or do I desire the truth of changing my body?
Am I looking to get healthy because of my own reasons and motivations? Or am I looking to do so because of someone else's recommendation or desire?
How do I want to look and feel? What is it that I want to look like if I could have my dream body?
