FREE consultation - discussing goals - For health coaching, we go over basic intake information, health history and then set up the goals for the process. All coaching programs are done online via Zoom or Skype or phone. For yoga and pilates students we discuss goals and health history is obtained as well.

I started practicing yoga back in the mid 90's. I started to find a solution to anxiety. It worked! My love for yoga sent me on the teaching path. Soon Pilates was added, such a great combination. As I got a little older I found nutrition and lifestyle habits were increasingly important to me as I dealt with some health issues. And thus, my masters in psychology became my next goal :) I feel this combination of modalities for both mind and body are vital to a well balanced lifestyle. I also know you CAN have a cookie or a glass of wine and still be healthy! All about balance :)
I've worked with kids of all ages, elderly people and those with limited mobility. Individuals struggling with obesity, joint pain as well as individuals with neurological challenges and other mental health conditions. My main goal has always been to marry psychology and nutrition and movement together so the person feels while on all levels.
A workshop where many people from such diverse backgrounds came together to discuss their fears around their health. It was intended to be an introductory meeting to discuss my services but developed into a very deep conversation among the attendees. Lots of great connection and amazing to see people from different backgrounds and cultures who have similar concerns around their health - both mind and body.
