    “When I first met with Pam, my main goal was to be skinny and bikini-ready. I had previously made the mistake of reading the book “Skinny Bitch” and became a vegan, then a vegetarian, and quickly realized that I was only eating carbs and vegan cookies. Being bikini-ready was going to take a lot more than giving up chicken and chocolate. I have never had to worry about what I ate because I have somehow managed to keep a skinny figure, however, I would say I am the skinniest fat girl there is. From the outside, I looked healthy, but I didn’t work out, so I was flabby and not toned at all. I was trying to make my body look better by not eating, but that only made it worse! A few years ago I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. I tried medications, physical therapy, and a holistic diet, all of which failed. It wasn’t until I started this program that I felt any relief from my fibromyalgia pain. I began eating more than I ever had in my life, and working out and having a lot more energy and motivation to get to the gym.     Dear Pam, A big thank you for helping me resolve my stomach problems. I was facing constant diarrhea and stomach pain and reluctantly came to you. Because I was suffering so, my daughter is an enthusiastic client of yours and she suggested I go. I came mentally kicking and screaming because I felt I had no other alternative. After a life time of what I found out were bad eating habits, I knew I had to do something. I slowly noticed a difference. Your patience was greatly appreciated. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm a Holistic Health and Wellness Coach, board certified through The American Association of Drugless Practitioners.  I received my training as a Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program where I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods.

I help educate, motivate and inspire people to transition to healthier lifestyles by teaching them how to heal their body, lose body fat, prevent chronic disease, and look and feel their best by utilizing whole foods, tailored supplements and mind/body education.

I also believe a healthy body starts with healthy brain chemistry and I've completed Amino Acid Therapy training through The NeuroNutrient Therapy Institute in San Francisco.

I've helped hundreds of clients personally, and many more through her videos, articles, and other resources.

I've developed and refined systems and programs that help me to efficiently and effectively work with my clients, in person or virtually, and provide them an amazing experience and results.


Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

My pricing starts at $175 for a 10 day program to $300 for a 30 Day program.  Both programs include clean, vegan nutrition products, an adaptable virtual program, recipes, shopping lists, nutrition education and my personal support providing accountability and knowledge to take control of your personal health and well-being for the rest of your life. 


How did you get started teaching?

I attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition after going through health issues myself and wanting to improve my life and the lives of others.
