What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The student fills out a free consultation form on my website or calls me directly. We discuss the students health issues and decide the best path to follow.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduate of Loyola Marymount University Advanced Program. 150 hours of clinical practicum with Dr. Amy Wheeler. Ongoing mentoring with Dr. Amy Wheeler.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
The first session is $125, with a personal visit to the student's home. An Assessment is completed and a first pratice assigned. There are discounts for purchasing more than one session at a time.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked in a clinical setting with private cancer patients before, during and after treatment. I have worked with many students with chronic pain.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Confirm that they are a certified yoga therapist and are listed on the IAYT.org membe site.
