    I'm not sure where exactly to start. Liz is very knowledgeable and explains clearly and thoroughly. She shows you how to do the workouts correctly and she shows you what happens when you aren't in correct form. She has helped me get somewhere I never expected to be physically and mentally. What is your typical process for working with a new student?

All interested customers start with a consultation during which we discuss all goals, injuries, previous routines, nutrition, and questions.   I then discuss program options that meet the interests and needs of that specific customer.   It's an extremely informative session with no pressure to sign up or sales pitches, and is completely FREE.
