I have been a swimmer all my life. I competed in the sun dance competition here in Albuquerque. My favorite stroke is breaststroke. I have been a swim team coach for two years I have also taught lessons for two years. I bowled for my highschool for four years we competed in the state competition and placed second last year. I have been a volleyball player ever since I can remember and played at a high school level for four years.
I have been training boxers for 10 years. I ran Andre Ward's amateur program at King's Gym in Oakland California for three years. My son won CA Golden Gloves. Also I have five 300 bowling games. I'm an excellent teacher because aside from my advanced skill and knowledge of the fundamentals of shooting a basketball, I have the unique ability to tailor my instruction to each student. Everyone cannot and should not shoot a basketball the exact same way. The basic fundamentals are often a good starting point, but deciding on which fundamentals to apply to each individual to maximize performance is where I come in.
