Describe a recent event you are fond of.

ahimsa festival and guru amma retreat.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

as an instructor, I like to always keep learning and I like to have my own practice guided as well sometimes. But I have to be guided by an instructor who shows the care for my practice by adjusting and correcting me. And only an instructor who has the passion for the healing purpose will do that .

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

If there’s any medical issues they should share any concerns so they can do variations of poses that may not be suited for their physical pains or other discomforts.
