As a Team Dynamics and Organizational Development Strategist, I help people in high stress situations rapidly build processes they need to navigate today's reality of complexity, change, and chaos in a more effective team structure within 90 days.
As an executive coach, I help individuals prepare for a successful transition to their next level by ensuring they are equipped to adapt to new teams, build collaborative relationships, and impact the business in 90 days.
I provide ongoing support after workshops or 1-on-1 interactions through customized 3-month and 6-month coaching packages for individual contributors, leaders, and teams that reinforces learning, builds new habits, and ensures behavior change.
EXPERIENCE
I have been an influential educator and developer of leaders for more than 20 years having the complementary skill sets of trainer, facilitator, and coach with expertise in adult learning and motivation theories and coaching and mentoring practices.
I emphasize people-based approaches that sustains change initiatives and achieves business results based on workplace psychological safety, inclusive leadership, and the strengths-based philosophy.
I partner with companies, business owners, and academia to design and deliver customized workshops that increase engagement, synergy, and resiliency.

Find someone who will help you understand yourself better so that you can align who you are and how you are motivated to the most appropriate career path so you can be yourself AND be happy at work.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Are they ready for a coaching relationship and are they willing to put in the work. They cannot just "phone it in". They must be prepared to put forth the effort. I am a guide.
