What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Each new client has a new client intake assessment to determine the health and fitness goals. I weigh and measure new clients at 1 month mark, then again at 3 months and at 6 months. Goals are set to help reach your desired fitness weight along with a a nutritional plan individualized for each client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Certified NASM trainer as well have over 35 years experience. I'm a former Ms fitness America
Twice and a 5X Bodybuilding champion. Not only do I train you hard but also provide a customized nutritional plan.
I've also recently have become a Vibrational Upgrade Practitioner/certified energy healer also. I'd love to help people become the best version of themselves.
